Believe in Maybe is about imagining what could be and trusting what can be. When we Believe in Maybe, we are trusting in possibility and letting that ideal guide us.

My Guiding Principles:

Trust in Possibility: I believe that every individual has the potential to thrive when given the space to explore and embrace their most authentic selves.

Curiosity as a Catalyst: I approach coaching with an innate curiosity. We’ll talk about what your ideal world looks like, and we’ll work to get as close to that ideal as possible.

Questioning the Status Quo: I am dedicated to disrupting transphobia and bias by interrogating the norms and expectations both in the workplace and in the world. I’ll ask questions that help us challenge social norms we’re accustomed to, and some that we’re unaware of. Learning and understanding the histories and intentions behind those norms can help us to remove what no longer serves us and replace what needs updating.

Join me in turning your 'maybes' into a powerful catalyst for positive change.

Coaching services are for people looking to do this work independantly. If you are looking for support for an organization, team, and/or workplace, check out consulting options below.

My coaching is offered in two different tracks, EXPLORE and DISRUPT. These tracks are not mutually exclusive, and everyone’s journey is different. We can discuss the track that makes most sens for you. Each session will address what you need and want to address.

For people who are looking to explore their gender - whatever that means for you!

These sessions are individually tailored and completely dependant on what you need to talk about or what is most present on your mind. This option is available for people of all genders. You don’t have to be transgender or nonbinary to want to explore your identity.

Exploring your gender identity can include working out strategies for telling people in your life, updating your gender expression, getting support through transitioning, navigating safety and survival tactics, dating while trans, and more. These sessions also might include disrupting transphobia within yourself.

For people who are comitted to disrupting transphobia: in work, in life, and beyond!

These sessions are individually tailored to your needs and circumstances. We will cover strategies and tactics you can take to disrupt transphobia as you witness it in the world. This work looks different for different people, so we will work together to find strategies that feel practical and replicable for you.

Pulling inspiration from bystander intervention, anti-opression work, and my decade of experience in identitiy-based education, I will work with you to build your toolbox to help disrupt the transphobia you witness in your work and in your life - starting with yourself.

Set up a free discovery call or send me a message and I am happy to discuss details and which track would work best for you.

*Sessions are currently open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If the available times don’t work for you, please reach out and I can see what else I have available.*

If your workplace is working to grow their support for transgender and nonbinary employees, implement gender affirming policies, handle microaggressions, and reduce harm, we can work together to find solutions that work and last. Included here are some options of services I have provided in the past, but every client is unique and I’m happy to discuss what would be most impactful for you.

Through focus group interviews with staff, conversations with leadership, and an overview of the workplace culture, we can get a better look at the inner workings of your organization and help make sure our work addresses the right issues. A climate assessment helps to identify areas that are currently affirming and areas that have the potential for improvement. From this assessment, you will receive some actionable recommendations that are specific and tailored to your organization’s needs.

Ensure your policies, materials, and environments align with your mission and commitment to gender affirming practices. The subject of an audit can range from documents to environments, looking for gender affirming systems in place. This is most commonly seen in documents like intake forms or marketing materials and building structures like affirming restroom access. Audits also identify areas for improvement while helping you establish clear guidelines that resonate with your organization's values.

With my background in theatre and writing, I am also available as a consultant on creative projects. From giving feedback on scripts and stories to helping shape and cast productions to working to ensure gender affirming rehearsal and performing spaces, I can offer support for a range of projects and purposes.

Want to discuss working together? Feel free     to set up a discovery call or reach out today!
